      Image File Formats

      Avatour supports the following images:

      • JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg), GIF (.gif), BMP (.bmp), TIFF (.tif, .tiff)

      Video File Formats

      Avatour supports 360 or standard 2D video that meets the following criteria:

      • Frame size up to 8000x4000
      • h264 or H265 encoding
      • MP4 or MOV container

      Document File Formats

      Avatour supports most PDF files.
